A 501(c)(3) advancing community centered climate resilience, responsible environmental stewardship and the revitalization of neglected urban spaces.

We support this practice by providing educational opportunities, lectures and publications,
while developing a model for transforming malls into community centered third-spaces.

We want to build healthier cities by transforming malls into regenerative spaces that foster community.

Using the empty Hawthorne Mall in southern California as a template, we want to transform fallow infrastructure into affordable housing, provide workforce development opportunities, small business incubators, environmental education, recreation , and urban agriculture.

As a mission-driven executive director, program and educational content developer, and constituent builder, I am dedicated to safeguarding and expanding nonprofit, cultural, and advocacy programs. I am devoted to bringing together people, the environment, and the elements that enable each to thrive. My track record as an Executive Director includes significantly expanding organizational capacity, creating innovative programs targeted to unique, disparate audiences, driving partnership and constituent engagement, and orchestrating operational efficiency.

I have spent most of my career working as a creative at nonprofit, cultural, and advocacy institutions such as the ACLU, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles, and Sundance Institute. I am proud to bring my non-profit creative leadership and programmatic management experience to many meaningful agendas while empowering cross-functional teams to collaborate, respectfully dissent, and expand their professional (and personal) capacity.
